The Rapidox 6100 Clean Air provides exceptional accuracy and stability when testing gas purity, thanks to its high-quality, specially selected sensors. Designed for analysing Clean Air mixtures in electrical equipment, it is fully compatible with nitrogen and oxygen blends, along with nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), the primary toxic contamination gas. The analyser also measures water content in either dew point or ppm to confirm that gas dryness levels are acceptable.

Housed in a robust IP66-rated Peli transport case, the instrument is supplied with sample hoses and DN8/DN20 coupling accessories. During operation, it automatically removes a small quantity of pressurised gas from the equipment or gas cylinder, monitored via an automatic pressure-sensing system. A built-in vacuum purge cycle and internal gas storage ensure no contamination from external air and prevent the release of test gas during analysis.

All measurements are recorded and data logged, with stable readings achieved in just a few minutes. The integrated compressor returns the tested gas to the equipment at high pressure, while results can be displayed on the 7” full-colour touchscreen or printed instantly using the built-in thermal printer. Multiple safety features are incorporated to ensure each testing cycle is completed without gas loss or cross-contamination, making the Rapidox 6100 Clean Air a reliable, user-friendly solution for field and laboratory applications.
